Contracting party

These terms apply to orders from Humanity Solutions · KvK 71110178 · BTW NL002466080B20 · Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague, which is the contracting party and invoices all orders. Dutch law applies.

The report

The Full Process Check report is an automated, rule-based check of one participation process you describe, with a score per dimension, top gaps and a one-page improvement plan. Scoring follows fixed rules; AI drafts the wording. An automated, rule-based check, not an audit or advice. It scores processes, not people.

Price

Organisations: €149 excl. VAT. Individuals: €180.29 incl. 21% VAT.

Delivery

The report is generated automatically and delivered by email within 2 working days after payment. When paying by card you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery starts. We confirm your order, this agreement and this acknowledgement by email.

Invoice

After payment you receive a VAT invoice stating Humanity Solutions, KvK 71110178, BTW NL002466080B20, Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague, the invoice number and date, your name or organisation and address (and your VAT number for EU reverse charge), a description of the report, the amount excl. VAT, 21% VAT and the total.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the report, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
